Organising is a dynamic activity and new - and sometimes competing - theories, methods and strategies are constantly being arrived at, renewed and refreshed. We use this space to highlight those we have found most useful, particularly in the areas of strategy and strategic thinking, team building and people management, purposeful communications and fundraising techniques. From forming effective partnerships to drafting a budget, from figuring out decision-making to creating your theory of change and more, we’ve got you covered.

Get involved

For this library to continue to be a useful and effective resource, we will endeavour to keep it up to date as we discover new reading. But we can’t (and shouldn’t) do that alone. We want to hear about what you are reading, thinking, discovering and putting into action.
